Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Salesgirl to assist customers, promote products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain product display and cleanliness of the shop
• Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep record of stock and inform management about shortages

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification
• Previous experience in sales or retail (preferred)
• Good communication and customer dealing skills
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
• Basic understanding of sales techniques
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
• Basic knowledge of cash handling / billing (optional)
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Punctual, honest, and responsible
• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends if required)
