Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Share a company profile with clear services offered to clients, and achievements.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver company presentations.
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections or complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional email and phone communication.
  • Ability to good communicate with clients confidently.
  • Strong English writing and communicate with clients.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
