Job Summary
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role; experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
