Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role; experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
