Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our Generative AI training and consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, conducting outreach, and converting opportunities into booked meetings and clients.
 

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads across corporate, university, and training segments

  • Conduct cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&D, Academic Heads)
  • Present and pitch Generative AI training solutions effectively
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up system
  • Understand client needs and propose customized AI training solutions
  • Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and conversions

Required Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (B2B experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and client handling
  • Basic understanding of technology or AI (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach targets
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus
