Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and leads
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate prices, terms, and closing deals professionally
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
