CALL'OPEDIA is expanding and looking for driven, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our on-site team for a commission-based sales retention role.

Role and Responsibilities:

 

Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction

• Implement retention strategies to reduce churn

• Provide solutions to customer concerns

• Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities

• Maintain customer records and trends

• Business Development Representative (BDR)

• Account Executive (AE)

• Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Client Relationship Manager

• Sales Manager

• Sales Director

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)

Skills Required:

  • Sales and marketing knowledge
