Job Summary
The Consorts Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Sales Executive to handle online leads, manage platforms (Booking.com, social media), and analyze performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to online leads from Booking.com, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and update listings, promotions, and content across online sales channels.
- Engage with customers through digital platforms to answer queries and convert leads into sales.
- Track, monitor, and analyze online sales performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, leads, and conversion rates for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and professional service.
- Identify new opportunities to grow sales through online channels.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum Intermediate
- Experience in sales, e-commerce, or online lead management preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms like Booking.com, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
