Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams and distributors for order processing and follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining sales records and updating customer data in Excel and ERP
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the management
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate product availability with the planning team
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates on deliveries
  • Support sales executives in administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and reviews

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
