Role and Responsibilities:

  • A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem.
  • The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

  • Full time : 8pm to 4am
  • Part time : 8pm to 1:30am
  • Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday
  •  Interview Timing:7pm -11 pm
  •  Shift Timing:  full time 8:00 pm to 4:00 am
  •                            Part time 8:00pm to 1:30am
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  •                          (Saturday/Sunday off)
