Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deal Closing: Lead video and phone consultations with warm prospects, present tailored marketing solutions, and close high-ticket contracts.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate client hesitations, negotiate pricing structures, and clearly articulate the ROI of our digital marketing services.
  • Pipeline & Profile Management: Maintain accurate CRM records for all deals in progress; as part of your administrative duties, you will also quietly assist in optimizing a new ID on Upwork to support our inbound lead flow.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion rate targets.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience exclusively as a Sales Closer, specifically selling B2B digital marketing, SEO, or web development services.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills with a flawless professional demeanor.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection frameworks, and the ability to confidently ask for the sale without being pushy.
