Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Cold calling international prospects to sell e-commerce services
  •  Building strong relationships and trust with clients
  •  Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs
  •  Explaining and selling service packages and upsells
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
  • Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
  • Generate sales leads and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Convert cold leads into warm prospects through effective communication.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the sales process.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate
  • Cold calling skills
  • Sales Conversion
  • Fluent in English
  •  Excellent English speaking skills (any accent is fine)
  •  Strong communication, persuasion, and selling abilities
  •  Previous experience with Amazon or e-commerce clients is a plus
  •  Ability to work night shift
  •  Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
