Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs
Explaining and selling service packages and upsells
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
Generate sales leads and follow up regularly.
Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Convert cold leads into warm prospects through effective communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the sales process.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Education: Intermediate
Cold calling skills
Sales Conversion
Fluent in English
Excellent English speaking skills (any accent is fine)
Strong communication, persuasion, and selling abilities
Previous experience with Amazon or e-commerce clients is a plus
Ability to work night shift
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
