Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential clients within our niche markets.
  • Network actively with industry professionals, architects, interior designers, and potential referral partners.
  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach, attending relevant events, and utilizing digital marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Deliver informative and engaging presentations that showcase the value proposition of our home automation solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Documentation Skills:

  • Prepare presentations, proposal writing and documentations to pitch the client.
  • Updating market quotations and prices of equipment to finalize proposals.
  • Analyzing and preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Prepares and implements Sales Plan

Marketing and Brand Awareness:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach our niche audience.
  • Create compelling content (blogs, social media posts, case studies) that highlights the benefits of our solutions for specific client segments.
  • Manage and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

Sales Team

  • Managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business Administration or Marketing with 2-3 years experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
