Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and selling possibilities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver compelling promotional content.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, or product launches.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
