Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics.
  • Promote and sell a range of surgical products to surgeons, operating room staff, and procurement departments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for medical staff.
  • Attend surgeries or clinical cases when required to provide technical support or observe product use.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within a defined territory.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline data using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and surgical procedures.
