Identify, target, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics.
Promote and sell a range of surgical products to surgeons, operating room staff, and procurement departments.
Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for medical staff.
Attend surgeries or clinical cases when required to provide technical support or observe product use.
Achieve or exceed sales targets within a defined territory.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline data using CRM systems.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and surgical procedures.
