Job Summary

The Consorts Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Sales & Admin Executive.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and emails
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and maintain relationships
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Prepare basic sales and follow-up reports
  • Perform routine administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Support management with day-to-day office operations
  • Perform routine data entry tasks
  • Travel agents visit on an if & when required basis
  • Perform accurate data entry and record keeping in the software

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Good communication and sales skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organized, responsible, and professional attitude
  • Prior sales or admin experience preferred
