Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Japanese used vehicles to customers, dealers, and businesses in international markets, particularly across Africa.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new customers and potential buyers.
- Promote available vehicles through WhatsApp, Facebook, social media, and direct communication.
- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Provide vehicle details, prices, auction information, and shipping options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate prices and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monthly goals.
- Build long-term relationships with automobile dealers and business partners.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Previous experience in automobile/vehicle sales is an advantage
- Good knowledge of cars, vehicle specifications, and the automotive market
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of African market languages is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to handle multiple customers and maintain accurate sales records
- Professional attitude, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work with international clients and vehicle dealers
