Job Summary

We are hiring a responsible person for promoting and selling products to customers while providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A salesman also ensures products are well displayed, assists with inventory management, and represents the company professionally at all time.

Role and Responsiblities:

• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate qualification (Bachelor's preferred).
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
