Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customer professionally, addressing quires and resolving concerns.
  • Provide accurate product information, recommendation, and demonstration.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize transaction value.
  • Promote new products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments transaction accurately.
  • Maintain a secure and organized cash counter area.
  • Reconcile daily sales and ensure timely deposit of funds.
  • Pack and prepare customer shipments efficiently.
  • Maintain product displays, inventory level, and store cleanliness.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Update customer-wise sales details and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory controls.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, offers and promotions.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Basic computer proficiency and cash handling accuracy
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
