Research Lead

Hashoo Hunnar Association invites applications for the position of Research Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in three Districts (Buner, Chitral, Swat) for identifying key trades demand and supply regarding local employment market, identify key trades for the communities which are popular and has potential in local market.
• Designing questionnaires and devising methodology for the study.  
• Collecting data and assimilating statistics.
• Using statistical or software, executing the research and monitoring the progress of data collection.  
• Collating information and interpreting data, compile data and write report for its results for the organization.
• Making recommendations based on the data collected.
• Identify key trades for the training and job placement in the market.
• Presenting findings to clients in an easy-to-understand way.
• Managing focus groups, carrying out interviews and conducting surveys.
• Managing budgets.
• Develop detail action Plan with the support of the relevant project manager and others stake holders for its smooth implementations/execution.
• At all times adhere to and work within the core values of HHA.

Qualification and Experience:

Professional experience of 15 to 20 years in conducting market researches in Eco- Entrepreneurship training. Having solid experience in handling such areas.  Preferable Master in Social Development and working in INGOS/NGOS/ Semi Government departments.
