Ensure clear images for diagnostic purposes and make adjustments to the sonographic equipment when necessary
Monitor and care for patients to ensure their safety and comfort during the procedures
Select and examine images, look for differences between healthy and pathological areas, and determine if the scope of the exam should be extended, based on preliminary findings
Complete the appropriate documentation and maintaining patients' histories and medical records
Assist the healthcare teams during procedures
Maintain and clean the sonographic equipment
Prepare ultrasound equipment and exam room ensuring proper sterilization and safety procedures are followed
Review images to ensure a clear image of the area requested
Required Skills
You should have:
A diploma in sonography or relevant degree
At least one to two years of experience in community research
Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
Proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively ability to work effectively in teams
Resilience to cope-up with work pressure
Good report writing skills and willingness to work in the community settings and travel to field sites.
