Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing research methodologies and project frameworks.
  • Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant academic or field data.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Prepare research reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support in drafting proposals, research papers, or publications.
  • Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate research records, databases, and documentation.
  • Help manage timelines, project schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all research activities follow ethical and institutional guidelines.
  • Present findings to supervisors or research teams when required.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, or statistical software (SPSS, Excel, R, etc., depending on field).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
