Job Summary

Digitalize Training is looking for an energetic individual in various departments, who are willing to work or
want to build career in Digital Marketing Customer Support and Sales. This is a full-time afternoon on-site
job at Gulshan-e-Iqbal for both Males and Females.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Report Management on software and phone to manage customer calls effectively.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Generate leads through Website, Facebook marketing by posting posts in groups and answer queries of clients in messages.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assist clients in understanding products and services offered by us
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Meet performance metrics and targets set by management to drive team success.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions to improve customer service
  • processes.
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate or A/O level
  • We encourage BBA / BS Graduates
  • Good communication skills and English is must
  • Knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Word, Internet Explorer and Browsing is must.
  • A creative and open mind with a great aesthetic sense
