AMIRI Wealth Management Inc. is looking for a professional and highly organized Remote Assistant to support our insurance and financial services operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates exceptionally well, and is comfortable working within digital systems while supporting an international team.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support within the insurance management system.
Assist with insurance documentation, presentation, processing, and client coordination.
Support group benefits administration and mortgage referral tracking.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communicate professionally with team members and clients via email and video meetings.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency across all system-based tasks.
Must-Have Requirements
Degree in Business or a related field.
Private, quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
High-speed and reliable internet connection
Professional presence and confidence on video calls
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency with CRM or insurance/operations systems and comfort learning new internal tools.
Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within internal systems
Must have a suitable computer. Online access will be provided.
Skills and Qualification:

Working Hours
Aligned with Mountain Standard Time (MST) with a daily overlap window required.
Typical shift: approximately 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Pakistan Time (to match MST business hours). Monday to Friday.
Expected workload: 40–50 hours/week (up to 10 hours/day); weekends are not expected unless pre-arranged.
