Role and Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for liability products through direct sales, referrals, and marketing activities.
Promote and sell deposit products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and payroll accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and recommend suitable liability products.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely closure of leads.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines.
Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Address customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in banking sales or customer relationship roles (fresh graduates may also apply depending on bank policy).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of banking liability products and market trends.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
