Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. The role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing appropriate products or services, managing client accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. They will handle client queries and complaints, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, conduct regular client meetings, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. The position also requires effective cross-selling and upselling of products or services, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to management on client activities and business performance.
