Monitoring, reconciling, and recording Grant receipts from time to time.
Maintenance of accounting records for classification and recording of financial transactions and for the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of recurring or special reports.
Preparation of financial data for budget estimates and forecast financial planning.
Responsible for verification and proper accounting of all invoices.
Perform general accounting activities and preparing monthly balance reconciliations.
Prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis i.e. Financial Summary, Performance updates, Status Reports, Financial Statements, etc
Ensure reporting of transactions, receipts & payment accounts, reconciliation, statements on a monthly basis to the accounting and Finance department.
Collect, arrange, and disburse funds as per approval and set procedures.
Required Skills
ACMA & ACCA partly qualified or have a Master’s degree in Finance.
Have strong interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills both in English and Urdu.
Have fair competence and comfort level with the use of computers, MS Office, other software, and basic internet applications. Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both oral and written).
