Job Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for international clients across a variety of industries, source top talent, conduct interviews, and deliver high-quality candidates.

This role is ideal for recruiters with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers while earning USD-pegged, uncapped commissions for every successful placement.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for client vacancies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate final interview scheduling with the Senior Recruiter.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed and well-structured profiles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer and joining stages.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.
• Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and placement targets.
• Stay informed about talent-market trends and effective sourcing strategies

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in conducting interviews and engaging with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated approach.
• Experience using an ATS and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for international clients is an advantage.
