Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly (Guest Relation Officer)Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors

  • Maintain records, files, and office documents

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Good communication skills and polite behavior with clients and visitors

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, and internet use)

  • Ability to handle phone calls and manage front desk operations

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to manage appointments, records, and office files

  • Customer service skills and ability to deal with different people professionally

  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer will be preferred
