We are looking for a professional and friendly (Guest Relation Officer)Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Maintain records, files, and office documents
Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Good communication skills and polite behavior with clients and visitors
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, and internet use)
Ability to handle phone calls and manage front desk operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to manage appointments, records, and office files
Customer service skills and ability to deal with different people professionally
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer will be preferred
