Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
- provide administrative services that includes handling phone calls & scheduling appointments
- charge services to patient bill
- facilitate patients/relatives/visitors as required
- convey patient related problems to supervisor
- participate in departmental quality initiatives and projects.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of experience mainly working at front office is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge and its application
- Willingness to work in shift duties.
