Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
  • Assist walk-in clients and guide them as necessary.
  • Taking notes and maintaining records
  • Aligning clients with the appropriate consultants
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments (virtual and on-site).
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues and departments when needed.
  • Answer, forward, and screen incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a neat and presentable front desk environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum BCom/BA or any recognized Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience* in front desk, reception, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.

 Additional Requirements:

  • Must be well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable handling clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
