Job Summary

The Aga Khan University Hospital’s Outreach Programme is designed to conveniently provide quality healthcare services to patients closer to where they live and work, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our team of highly qualified, trained, and experienced doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff is equipped to provide compassionate care, diagnosis, and treatment for all our patients. 

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • provide administrative services that include handling phone calls & scheduling appointments 
  • handle cash transactions  
  • charge services to patient bill 
  • facilitate patients/relatives/visitors as required 
  • convey patient-related problems to the supervisor 

Required Skills
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree on hand
  • Must have experience working in a front office
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and its application
  • Must be willing to work in shift duties 

The candidate must not be working somewhere currently and must be available to join as soon as possible.  There will be a test after the deadline followed by an interview on the same day, the applicants must have their documents with them by the date of the test.
