Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and correspondence.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support office operations.
  • Handle basic computer tasks, including email and data entry.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
