Job Summary

Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. They ensure the reception area is organized, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain smooth daily office operations while creating a positive first impression for clients and guests.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Manage appointments and maintain schedules.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
