Job Summary

The Receptionist will support in managing day-to-day communication with students and parents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to parent and student inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Communicate class schedules, updates, reminders, and announcements.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and program-related data.
  • Assist in class scheduling, rescheduling, and batch coordination.
  • Follow up with students and parents regarding attendance, assessments, renewals, and certifications.
  • Coordinate with instructors regarding class updates and student-related matters.
  • Support administrative tasks related to admissions, registrations, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, events, and program activities.
  • Escalate concerns or issues to the Head of Communications when necessary.
  • Perform other communication and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate qualification or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
