Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff in a professional manner.

  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle patient admissions and discharge documentation.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
  • Process payments and issue receipts when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology is an advantage.
