Job Summary

A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Provide basic information to customers and visitors
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation

Required Skills
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak professionally with clients and visitors
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle phone calls and manage appointments
  • Good typing and record-keeping skills
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
  • Punctual, honest, and responsible candidate preferred
