A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
Maintain office records and filing systems
Provide basic information to customers and visitors
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Required Skills
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak professionally with clients and visitors
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly personality with a positive attitude
Ability to handle phone calls and manage appointments
Good typing and record-keeping skills
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
Punctual, honest, and responsible candidate preferred
