Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
  • Assist in managing waiting lists during busy hours.
  • Support administrative and front-desk tasks as required.

 

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and telephone handling skills.
