Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and other administrative tasks.

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as required.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Working Hours:

  • Standard office hours, may include occasional extended hours depending on business needs.
