Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
Handle correspondence, emails, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as required.
Required Skills

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
