Position: Receptionist
Role and Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide visitors and students
Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
Provide basic information about training programs
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
Coordinate with the admission team
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/email handling), Friendly personality, and professional appearance
