KK Aviation is looking for a professional and confident Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle visitors and student inquiries in a professional manner.

Position: Receptionist

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide visitors and students

  • Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally

  • Provide basic information about training programs

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation

  • Coordinate with the admission team

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred

  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/email handling), Friendly personality, and professional appearance
