Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings when required.
  • Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement when needed.
  • Support HR or admin departments in basic clerical functions.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (BCom / BBA / BA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Customer service–oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
