Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings when required.
Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement when needed.
Support HR or admin departments in basic clerical functions.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (BCom / BBA / BA preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Customer service–oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
