ITREBP is mandated to impart an understanding of the essential principles of Tariqah within the broader context of Islam as a whole through a comprehensive Religious Education Curriculum, developed by the Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS), London, UK for the global Ismaili Community.
Priority Valley is a multi-institutional programme to improve the socio-economic conditions of the living in remote areas of Pakistan. It is coordinated by National Council for Pakistan and a multi-stakeholder strategy has been developed to improve the quality of life through focused intervention for education, health, economic development and Tariqah education. At the moment ITREBP, under Priority Valley, is focusing on strengthening institutional capacity, improving infrastructure of RECs, enhancing quality of RE through realigning honorary human resources, honorarium-based teachers, training teachers, conducting youth education programmes and educate in Nazirah-e-Qur’an.
ITREB, P invites applications for the role of QRF based in Khot. This is a contractual position for the duration of Priority Valley and the contractual employment will conclude with the conclusion of Priority Valley. The individual will be responsible for providing training of Tajweed and Tafseer of Quran-to-Quran Teachers and Educators and ensure that each student successfully completes Qur’an-e-Nazirah course through formal RE system in the jurisdiction of Priority Valley in Khot in collaboration with teachers and educators. He is also required to conduct Quran classes for Youth and Jamat on need basis and fulfills the need in performance of rites of passage as and when assigned.
