Quality Control Management Incharge @ Titans Corporation

Job Summary

TITANS CORPORATION is looking for an experienced and quality-driven Quality Control Management Incharge to oversee garment quality assurance and ensure our products meet the highest standards throughout the production process.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final quality inspections at company and vendor premises
• Inspect fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, wash care, labeling, printing/embroidery, and packaging according to approved samples
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, size charts, specification sheets (Spec Sheets), BOM, and approved Tech Packs
• Approve pre-production samples and bulk cutting before production begins
• Monitor workmanship, including stitch quality, panel alignment, thread quality, finishing, ironing, and packing
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain QC reports, daily inspection logs, and share updates with management
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize defects and oversee rework where required
• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Monitor final packing, assortment accuracy, and labeling before dispatch

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• 8–10 years of experience in garment quality control (knits, jackets, leggings, and related apparel)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, measurement standards, specification sheets, BOM, and apparel quality requirements
• Ability to identify defects quickly and implement effective corrective actions
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and highly accountable
