About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Admin to ensure seamless menu updates and exceptional call quality for our fast-food takeaway clients. You’ll be the backbone of operational accuracy, verifying menu protocols and monitoring customer interactions to uphold service excellence.

Role and  Responsibilities:

Menu Protocol Management:

  • Regularly update and verify menu items, prices, and promotions across systems.
  • Ensure consistency between client menus and order-taking platforms.
  • Report discrepancies to relevant teams in real time.

Call Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer service calls for accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to scripts.
  • Provide feedback to order-taking agents to improve performance.
  • Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain logs of errors, corrections, and client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement quality standards.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Prior experience in quality control, admin support, or the food industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts (6 days a week).
