Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review production and process documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support training programs to ensure staff awareness of quality standards and procedures.
  • Participate in product testing, sampling, and process validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality frameworks as applicable.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control (depending on industry).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation control.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QA-related software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
