Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Review production and process documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
Support training programs to ensure staff awareness of quality standards and procedures.
Participate in product testing, sampling, and process validation activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality frameworks as applicable.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control (depending on industry).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and QA-related software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
