Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify Customers' Multiple Accounts in DB.
- Investigation of Dual CM Accounts for Resolution.
- Sales Compliance Investigations & Findings.
- Management of Activity Monitoring Tools and Timely Updates.
- Scrutinizing overall Sales related business processes.
- Highlight deficiencies and ensure company procedures and policies are followed.
- Timely Management of Departmental Operational Queries.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Should have prior 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), operations, or management, who possesses strong customer handling and analytical skills.
- Minimum Graduation required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Should have good coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent time management skills.
