Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- He / She should be a Team Leader and take the responsibility when jobs been assigned.
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of Solar and electrical Jobs.
- Supervisory skill of Electrical & Electronic job at project site.
- Coordinate with Electrical & Civil drawings and getting them approved from relevant client.
- Very Importantly: Able to organize, plan and implement the job with effective supervision on team.
- Can effectively plan teams timing ensuring no time loss due to poor planning.
- Handling technical discussion with clients for project execution, assessment and tender evaluation.
- Lead design team for solar systems Rooftop, Pumping and off grid Solar System.
- Can easily read and understand circuit diagrams CAD for Electrical & Civil work.
- You should be well versed with inverters, batteries, solar panels used by company & current markets.
- You will be able to travel to remote areas frequently and at project site for project execution / trouble shootings.
- Exhibit best coordination with senior management for all matters relating to project execution and planning.
- Can work under pressure with intense responsibility and planning.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Well versed in using AutoCAD/Sketch up Pro/ Helioscope / PVsyst Software’s.
- Project Execution and Handling Skills.

- Proficiency in installing and maintaining photovoltaic (PV) systems
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and circuit diagrams
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized solar equipment
- Familiarity with inverters, batteries, mounting systems, and solar components
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system faults
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of hybrid and off-grid systems (optional but beneficial)
- Experience with testing and commissioning solar installations
- Attention to detail and commitment to system quality and efficiency
- Physical stamina for fieldwork and lifting equipment
- Strong communication skills for reporting and teamwork
- Time management and ability to work independently on-site
