Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and work schedules.

  • Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.

  • Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for management.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

  • Support budget tracking and expense monitoring.

  • Conduct field visits and gather data where required.

  • Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor guidelines (if applicable).

  • Facilitate meetings and record minutes of project discussions.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate

  • 1 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
