Project Manager – Web & App @ Star Marketing

Job Summary

Tech Minds Venture is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web and mobile application projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee web & app development projects
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes, sprints, and backlogs
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management (web & mobile apps)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Solid understanding of web and mobile development lifecycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred)

• Location: Federal B Area, Block 4, Karachi
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT), Monday to Friday.
