Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in client interaction to oversee our Design projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in the specified time frame. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple design projects from initiation through to completion. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate project updates, gather requirements, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including content developers, designers, and technical experts, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges proactively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and clients, highlighting progress, achievements, and any potential roadblocks.


 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of project management experience, specifically within the design or digital publishing industry.
  • Client Interaction: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, manage their expectations, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design formats, digital publishing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
