Job Summary
Corelink FZCO is looking for an experienced Project Management Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and manage PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly, and Turnkey Electronics Manufacturing projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PCB/PCBA/Turnkey projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Customers.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resources.
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the EMS industry.
- Strong knowledge of PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly, Turnkey Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
